County Kildare – Contae Chill Dara

Dr Paul Foley, speaking from Newport in Wales, represents his home county of Kildare.

Paul lectures in chemistry at Cardiff Metropolitan University but originally hails from Athy, County Kildare. He has just finished his tenure as president of the British Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association.

It is no surprise then that Paul’s video is dedicated to the fun things to do outdoors in Kildare and to the great work undertaken by GA clubs across Britain this last year in the community. So many clubs have helped out with foodbanks and to keep people connected. Maith sibh!
