Diane has over 32 years’ experience of working in the third sector. Working with both funders and directly with a wide range of communities, she is committed to strengthening your organisation and improving the skills of staff, volunteers and trustees.
She has direct experience of managing a number of organisations in the role of CEO or Director. She has managed; a CVS type organisation, youth counselling service, a community centre and a women’s refuge.
Having been involved in all aspects of running an organisation, Diane is able to offer advice, training and mentoring on a wide range of areas from monitoring, evaluation, people management, organisational planning, project management, finance and fundraising. She is used to directly securing funding from £10K to £300K and specialises in Trust & Foundations funding.
An experienced trainer with an excellent reputation, Diane offers seminars in a wide range of areas, the most popular being fundraising and Writing Funding Applications.
