Whether you're Irish, have Irish heritage, or simply enjoy great music, dancing and good company, we'd love you to join us. Bring your family, invite your friends, and enjoy a wonderful afternoon celebrating Irish culture in the heart of Chelmsford.
Doors open at 1:00pm, with music and dancing continuing until 5:30pm. The afternoon begins with a special guest performance from Paul Baynes, before St Cedd's Céilí Band takes to the stage for an afternoon of traditional Irish music and céilí dancing. Whether you're an experienced dancer or trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome.
During the afternoon we'll also hold a special presentation honouring Aidan Spence following his remarkable 2,200-mile cycle around Ireland, recognising his incredible fundraising efforts in support of Chelmsford Irish Community and its sister organisations.
There'll be plenty to enjoy throughout the afternoon, including family games and activities, a grand raffle, a complimentary Irish buffet, and a licensed bar serving drinks available to purchase.
