Currently, there is a Commission of Investigation looking into historical abuse and neglect that took place in Mother–and–Baby Homes in Ireland. So, anyone with any relevant information is invited to give evidence confidentially. They are especially keen to hear from anyone who was resident in, worked in, lived nearby or had connections with these homes. If you have information you’d like to share, you can either travel to Dublin or speak to the Confidential Committee when they come to the UK, later in 2016.
