About

Bébhinn Cronin has lived in the UK since 2008. She has now settled in Bristol with her partner. She’s currently Finance Director at the National Children’s Orchestras of Great Britain. She qualified with the AAT in 2019 and is now studying CIMA.

Originally from Dublin, she attended Coláiste Íde in county Kerry where she sat her Leaving Certificate through Irish. She went on to study History of Art at Trinity College Dublin. She then relocated to London to work for The Burlington Magazine, a prestigious fine art publication.

In 2015 she returned to Dublin for two years to work for a well-known theatre company, Rough Magic. In her 14-year career she has worked mostly as a producer and manager with not-for-profit organisations of various scales. Recently, she was pivotal in The Wardrobe Theatre’s transition to charity.

She’s experienced in working with finance committees from both executive and non-executive perspectives. She served as a Trustee in 2014 for Age UK Camden, as a result of volunteering with their project Opening Doors London. Currently, she is Chair of a voluntary committee to help The Bristol Improv Theatre achieve charitable status.

Her interests are in current affairs, genealogy and arts and culture.
