The Green Hearts team is hitting the ground running in 2019 with the launch of the #30DayChallenge.
Whether its more energy, managing your blood pressure, shifting extra weight or simply more of that feel–good factor you’re after, the Green Hearts 30–day challenge is here to help!
Health Officer Marie Dillon said “the 30–day challenge is about making sure we’re all fitting physical activity in to our daily lives. Being more active is great for the body and mind. We’d love for you to join us on the 30–day challenge this January”
Personal Trainer Sinead Dineen(pictured) will be sharing her tips on how to make exercise a part of daily life. Sinead said “I’m passionate about the work that is being done by the Green Hearts team and their 30–day challenge. I started out my adult life at the age of 18 weighing over 18 stone and I didn’t know about health, wellbeing and activity. Exercise has become very important part of my personal journey over the last number of years”
Sinead who will be delivering weekly exercise videos also said
“As a personal trainer, my philosophy is to help clients set and achieve realistic goals. If you’re new to exercise it can feel intimidating but with some dedication you can build your self–esteem and confidence, as well as improve your health.”
The Green Hearts team will also be on the road carrying out blood pressure screenings,
