Alongside the dissolution of Parliament in the lead up to the General Election of 7 May, all committees of the House were dissolved, including back–bench subject interest groups such as the All Party Group on Irish in Britain. An inaugural meeting of Members is required to re–establish the Group and elect officers. All references on this site refer to the officers and work of the APPG up to the date of dissolution. This site will be updated in due course.
The Registrar of Members’ Interests maintains a list of twenty nominated members and officers of each All Party Group. A majority must be drawn from supporters of the government majority.
