The Irish in Britain Development team is able to provide our members with advice and information on a wide range of issues relating to community activity.
If you are interested in starting a new project such as a local Irish arts event or finding a way to reimagine your services to better meet the needs of your local Irish community we have experienced staff who can point you in the right direction.
We provide information and advice on governance, funding, planning, managing your premises and other assets. We can help you to identify and manage risks and improve your local profile.
The team includes specialist staff working areas of Health, Culture, and Clubs. We also have an information website for Survivors. Please contact us to access support or share your ideas.
So whether you are running an Irish alumni or business network, social care services or social clubs, local Irish festivals or feis, youth groups or lunch clubs for older people our staff can offer you the practical support you need. And if we don’t have the answer we will always help you to find someone who can.
