FIS has been providing development and support services to its member organisations for more than fifteen years. We are committed to providing high quality support services to clubs, societies and welfare agencies who serve their local community.

We are passionate about the role of clubs and centres that are at the heart of local communities. Social hubs for community and cultural events, providers of luncheon clubs for older people, drop in services for young parents, student, faith or pensioners clubs, every community organisation has a part to play.

We have an excellent reputation for understanding the needs and aspirations of clubs and the many different issues that management committees, managers and staff face. There are many ways in which we can assist you to be more sustainable and make the best of your community centre or club.  We can offer one off interventions such as information or advice on your constitution, building or stock management or if you want more we can provide a whole package of support to address a number of concerns you may have. We want to enable you to build on your skills and resources to develop and support your organisation. We always work at a pace that suits you and your committee and offer excellent value for money.
